One Rule for Nigeria, Another for SE Nigeria

Oh, so it is one Nigeria when the seaport has to be shared but it is otherwise when prisoners has to be transferred to the East?

Well, if reports are anything to go by, the Federal Government has buckled and redirected its Boko Haram prisoners back to Abuja after the South East governors jointly rejected to move by the Federal Government to transfer them (the prisoners) to Anambra, the heartland of Igbo land.

At this point, I wonder if it is one rule for some and another for the others.
