Wow! Where did the year go? When was it that we were all engulfed with frenzy over the February 14 elections? How did we quickly move from 'Febuhari' to 'March4Burhari' after our infamous past president shifted the election day goal post? All now is in the past, isn't it? Somehow, we have left all that behind us and now speak of Jonathan as the past. Our Buhari dream has come to fruition now but somehow we are still waiting for a lift off.
Now, now it seems we have a new demon to deal with. I dare not say much about the shenanigans going on in the National Assembly which is currently being presided over by an egomaniacal being.
I digress, I digress. I am to usher you into a new month filled with great expectations that our later months shall be greater than our former.
Welcome to the month of July. I think the remainder of the year promises to be just as exciting and 'dramaful' as the former. Well...pertaining to the Nigerian political soap opera and not your personal lives, I hope.
